I ran The Retail Darwin newsletter and industry insight publication for WS Development. We started The Retail Darwin (TRD) in 2017 to increase awareness of brands and trends influencing retail, culture, design, technology, and entertainment industries.

I left my full-time position at WS to commit myself to another life-long passion of mine—travel. However, I got the opportunity to continue developing and growing TRD. TRD created a means of sharing relevant news, consumer insights, data, and experience strategies, fostered fruitful conversations both internally and externally, and positioned WS as a thought leader in retail and the art of creating places where people want to be.

As of 2023, The Retail Darwin exists as a website, a digital newsletter (a collection of printable letter-sized sheets in .pdf format, each containing one report), and a print edition in the works.
